Pack the Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded shoebox, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
